After the registered replacement, expect a call from us so that we can agree on taking over the item from you that you want to replace. We create the pick-up order from the Post Express courier service.
It is necessary that the documentation that will arrive at your e-mail address due to the replacement: print, fill in legibly and pack together with the shipment you are returning.
It is necessary to hand over the adequately packed item to the courier who comes to your address to pick up the item you want to exchange for another, because all responsibility for damage during transport goes to the sender's account.
Postage costs are borne by the customer according to the official price list of the Post Express courier service, which you can see OVD E. Postage is paid in cash to the Post Express courier who will pick up the goods for replacement.
As soon as the item arrives in our warehouse, the item is checked to see if it has been sent in an adequate condition and a replacement item with a new delivery note is automatically sent.
It is not possible to change the ordered item if it is open, ie when returning the goods, it is obligatory to return it in correct and unused condition and in the original undamaged and unopened packaging.
Replacement deadline
The deadline for replacing the item is 14 days from the moment of submitting the request by the customer, and after receiving the product.
